I had a family portrait session with this adorable three-year-old. Her mom mentioned during the shoot that the last time they had family photos, little one never once cracked a smile. I tried everything. I asked her about school and her favorite foods and toys... I even sang a "Wiggles" song ("We're going up up up up up, up up up up, we're going down down down down down, down" - if you're a parent or grandparent you now have that earworm -you're welcome!). At the very end of the shoot, I caught this sweet moment as she climbed on a playground at the park where we'd been shooting. But did I catch her smiling in a family photo?
